Unichip Smartauto Solutions are going to release a new intelligent BMW OBD2 key programmer which will support all E series cars E60 E65 E70 E83 E90 from 2008-2016 models with CAS3+, CAS3++ spec, the whole process plug and play via OBD2 15-20minues DONE! 100% support all the transponder types 7936/7845/7952/7953 (Important: Please be noted that we are not tested on all of CAS1, CAS2, and CAS3, it could be working some of the models so we won’t warranty any of CAS1, CAS2, CAS3 100% working, no returns nor refunds for this CAS1, CAS2, CAS3 models). 1. ALL processes are automatic by just clicking one or two buttons, no extra laptop software nor extra programmer tools are needed during the whole operation, 12-15minutes all DONE;

ISN data with CAS, DME and will also generate the key data, and you could easily back up the key data by plugging the USB and saving it into your laptop, furthermore, this key data will allow you to use any kind of key program in the market that supports the BMW E series key program, just taking into consideration, some of the market existing programmers will program the key to be dead during the downgrading process, also a very common situation for CAS type with CPU ARM53J very easily to be programmed dead. In this case, you have to use our tool to save it back;

Normal Operation Procedure

1. All keys lost scenario: short press “K1”, connect the UNICHIP key programmer with the car via OBD2 cable, and put the service/virtual key at the key knob, red light, and green light alternate flash during the working process;
2. Long press the “K1” button for 5 seconds, after a sound of “Di” the tool will force the program CAS;
3. CAS light off, enter the downgrading status, red light flashing, approx. to wait for 10-15 minutes;
4. CAS light on, change to green light status, our tool is reading CAS key data when hearing “Di” the key is programmed successfully;
5. Testing the key starts and remoter functions, or use BMW INPA to check HW versions;
6. Connect the UNICHIP BMW key programmer with the computer via USB cable, read and save the key data as a backup
